Mission Statement
Established in 1979, Community Hospice of Northeast Florida serves residents of Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau and St. Johns counties. Each day, 926 employees and nearly 1,000 volunteers help 1,600 patients and their families live better with advanced illness. The organization is committed to improving the quality of life for patients and their families and to be the compassionate guide for end-of-life care in our community. Description
Shop, donate, volunteer at Community Hospice Thrift Shops. First opened in 2000, Community Hospice Thrift Shops now operate at two locations: 11173 Beach Boulevard in Jacksonville and 845 Blanding Boulevard in Orange Park. Hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. Proceeds from sales support adults and children with life-limiting illnesses, along with support for their loved ones.
