We believe that a firm foundation for National development must be laid on the young people. Sikizana trust for community development seeks to

  3. advocate for a grassroots empowerment of the young people through

  2. health and sports, to enable them determine their social-economic destiny.

Description

Description of our objetctives which guide our activities

1. Early childhood Development

We advocate for the rights of the child by raising awareness among the young people. Volunteers who can educate the rural women on child care, nutrition and health.

2. Youth Development and Capacity Building

We are looking for professional of skilled people in peer education and youth counselling. They should also be able to understand adoloscent dynamics and career guidance. People with love of sports are most encouraged to consider volunteering with us. Those with a teaching background will be used in our local school in teaching subjects of their specialization.

It helps in giving back to the community as it works hand in hand with those living in a particular community. It also helps in the nurturing of talents.
