Mission Statement

Our Mission
is to provide temporary emergency shelter to those in need and work to remove them from the cycle of homelessness. Our mission also includes being a community advocate for effective solutions to the problem of homelessness and the need for affordable housing.

Our Vision

Our Vision is to end homelessness for all who complete the program. Our goal is
to:
Serve the maximum number of persons in need through creative programming.

Design and provide effective follow-up services to assure progress towards permanent housing for clients.

Seek solutions targeted to the increasing number of homeless

Explore elements required to expand the number of clients.

Our Values
We believe that every client has unique strengths and needs.
We believe each client has the right to be served with dignity, respect and confidentiality, in a non-judgmental manner.
We believe that clients can change through education, counseling and empowerment.
We believe we must provide challenging and rewarding opportunities for our educated, committed staff and dedicated volunteer groups.
We believe we must be responsible stewards of our assets to fulfill our mission.
