Mission Statement

ARTSfest is committed to celebrating the arts and this area's rich cultural flair by providing a high quality outdoor event that attracts, entertains, educates, inspires and enriches a diverse audience and thus brings the community together through the arts. We are an all volunteer ran 501 [c] 3 non-profit. Any left over monies after festival expenses goes into seed money for the next festival, public art donations or art scholarships.

Description

The Historic West End ARTSfest will be held on Sept. 27, 2015 from 11am-5pm. Grace Court will once again be host to juried fine art and craft artists from all across NC and the Southeast who will be selling their unique art. Local musicians and performing artists will entertain all day in the gazebo and some of the finest food truck vendors will entice with their varied menus. Kids can make their own art in the Sawtooth School's art area to take home. Local businesses and artists also donate door prizes that you may go home with! All volunteers receive a free art t-shirt and invite to the after party. Contact us at ws.artsfest@gmail.com to volunteer.
