Mission Statement

1) Relieve and rehabilitate misfortunate children, youths, women, and their families, especially those suffering from domestic or sexual abuse.

2) Promote gender justice, and advocate for social and educational reform.

Description

For 25 years, the Garden of Hope Foundation Taiwan has been dedicated to children and women caught in the sex industry, victims of sexual abuse and domestic violence. Our services have grown to include shelters and service centres island-wide providing everything from counselling and temporary housing, to employment training, social work and legal aid. This includes outreaches programs for 'at-risk’ teenagers, services for immigrant spouses, adoption services and family counselling.
