Mission Statement

The mission of the Career and Life Planning Center is to help women achieve personal and financial self-sufficency.

Description

Established in 1979, the Center assists women identified as Displaced Homemakers (women who are widowed, separated, divorced, or whose spouse has an illness or disability that prevents him from supporting his family). Services include career counseling, career interest and ability testing, educational opportunities, computer training, job readiness skills, personal growth seminars, legal, and financial workshops.
