The YMCA of Greater New York is a community service organization which promotes positive values through programs that build spirit, mind and body, welcoming all people, with a focus on youth.

Description

The Propsect Park YMCA offers an array of programs for families and youth. We serve 1,000 children in afterschool each day at various locations in Bensonhurst, Sunset Park, Kensington and Park Slope. Afterschool has homework help, recreation, health, arts and multicultural activities each day. There is a special focus on Social development. In addition, we have specialized programs for teens. During the summer months, we offer 3 camp locations. Financial Assistance is available for those who qualify.

The facility has a pool, basketball gym, cardio, various fitness classes and much more.
