SCMAF strives to instill in young people a positive attitude, good sportsmanship, sound fundamentals, confidence and high moral standards. The administrators, supervisors, officials and coaches representing the agencies and Associations shall coach and act in a courteous and professional manner while on and off the playing area. All coaches shall attempt to play all players unless sick or injured.

All safety precautions should be observed to secure the well being of all participants. SCMAF seeks to uphold the spirit of sportsmanship and full participation. SCMAF believes that in team sports every athlete must be offered every opportunity to play in each game.
