Our mission is to assist homebuyers, homeowners and tenants to meet their housing needs by providing counseling, training, assistance and advice so that they might obtain and maintain permanent affordable housing.

Description

Urban Housing Solutions, Inc. is developing the Tenant Household Training Program, a course offered to landlords, tenants, social progams, and rental property owner to educate lessees on how to maintain housing. Referrals will be accepted from a varieity of sources including subsidized housing agencies. Those tenant referrals will be interviewed by intake staff and enrolled in the program.
