Description

Sarah's Hope is a day resource center for persons experiencing homelessness, created through a partnership between St. Vincent de Paul of Baltimore, Abraham's Tent Coalition, and the Baltimore County government. Co-located with an emergency night shelter in northeastern Baltimore County, Sarah's Hope provides comprehensive services that address basic needs, while fostering self-sufficiency. Basic needs addressed include meals, restrooms, showers, laundry, and day shelter. Our services also include linking "guests" to other needed services such as employment, counseling, adult education, mental health and substance abuse treatment, and housing assistance. Sarah's Hope provides the means for persons experiencing homelessness to find help and hope, and to ultimately be responsible for their self-sufficiency.
