Mission Statement

Serenity House is a nonprofit, community-based, comprehensive facility offering services to indigent adult men and women recovering from substance abuse and chemical dependence. Our programs provide these individuals with the necessary skills to rebuild families, strengthen relationships, and to become productive members of their communities. We respond to the needs of the individuals regardless of race, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, HIV status, or ability to pay.

Description

Serenity House provides both residential and outpatient substance abuse treatment to men and women who want to make significant life changes or improve the quality of their lives. The majority of the individuals come to us homeless, unemployed, uninsured, and with nothing but hope. For over twenty years, Serenity House has given these men and women a chance back to life.

Lisa is an AMAZING person! Such a great coordinator and the Gala was AMAZING as well! I had such a great time volunteering for the Gala and I will volunteer again as well as any time they need a volunteer! Everyone that I volunteered with were fabulous!
