Non Profit organization building homes in partnership with lower income families who cannot qualify for traditional home loans. Families are sold their home at cost with a zero interest loan only after family provides a minimum of 500 sweat equity hours work. Mortgages are then used to build more and more simple, decent houses. Giving a hand up, not a hand out to those wanting to change the cycle of poverty.
