Mission Statement

The Mission of Metropolitan Property Management, Incorporated is to improve the quality of life for low-to-moderate income persons. We specialize in systematic and sustainable management efforts that ensure safe and affordable housing to our clients. This effort is achieved by the application of the highest standards of professionalism, competence and integrity.

Description

We are a HUD-Subsidized apartment complex for the very low-income elderly. We offer high-quality apartments based on the income of each individual tenant, in a beautiful, quiet setting with gorgeous mountain views. Our facility is an independent-living facility, but we do locate resources and offer referrals to our tenants. We also provide a minimum of two community activities per month. We have 20 apartments, all of which are ground-level and handicap accessible, with three special needs apartments. These special needs apartments are specifically designed to provide additional accommodations to the visually-impaired, hearing-impaired, or mobility-impaired (wheelchair). To qualify, head of household must be at least 62 years of age or older and able to pass a background check. Household must meet HUD guidelines for "very low income."
