Mission Statement

Phoenix Pet Food Pantry distributes free pet food to low income people and anyone who has fallen on tough times. Our mission is to prevent abandoned and surrendered pets by supplying families in need with food for their pets.

To ensure that no pet goes hungry, the pantry provides free dog and cat food to anyone in financial crisis. We teach the community about caring for pets and the humane treatment of animals. We provide information on and encourage pet owner participation in free and low cost spay and neuter programs that we sponsor and vaccinations.

Description

Supplying food to feed dogs and cats thru our pet food pantry because their owners can't. Helping control the pet population by providing free and low cost spay and neutering.

This is an ideal fit for me if only they were active in my area. I need to limit myself to organizations and / or projects that are local for now. I've recommended them to several people I know in Phoenix however.
