Description

Hudson River Audubon Society of Westchester, Inc. Is a non-profit chapter of the National Audubon Society serving the communities of Ardsley, Dobbs Ferry, Hastings-on-Hudson , Irvington and Yonkers.

We have a monthly newsletter and offer programs and field trips to members and the public. We offer educational programs on the environment to both schools and other organizations. We also maintain a large butterfly and hummingbird garden at the local nature preserve. We conduct citizen science projects such as Christmas Bird Counts, Hawk Watch, and Feeder Watches. We also advocate for legislation that helps the environment
