Mission Statement

1st Choice Hospice is currently recruiting volunteers for their hospice program. Become part of a wonderful family of professionals by providing companionship, respite care, etc. for their hospice patients. If traveling is difficult we have a number of volunteer things that can be done right from your home.

Description

1st Choice Hospice serves people in the Salt Lake, Utah and Davis counties. Our mission statement is "Because every Moment Matters". Our motto is "When you're with 1st Choice you're with family". Our hospice team is there to assist and educate patients and families and ensure that all their needs are met by providing 24/7 availability. At 1st Choice Hospice we treat the person rather than the disease.
