Mission Statement

Our main objective is education. We are running an english medium co-educational school 'Dalma Vidyasthali' at a very remote centre to provide quality education to the rural children who cannot afford to bear the high cost of modern education in the cities. We have also adopted 16 students, mostly female tribal children. Some of these children are also orphans.

Description

We are an NGO. The school we are running is at a very difficult centre. Still there is no electricity at the centre. However, electrification is expected in the next few months.

The infrastructure is at the very initial stages of development. We have at the moment classes up to Std VIII with about 190 students. The school hostel has 57 students. We are adding a class each year and will eventually move to the 10+2 structure. We propose to go for the CBSE affiliation in the next few years once the complete infrastructure is ready.
