Mission Statement

YBH or Youth Becoming Healthy's mission is to reduce the epidemic of childhood obesity through fun physical activity and nutrition education.

Description

YBH is an in-school and after school wellness program based in Albany, GA. We offer in-school fitness centers and programs designed to help prevent childhood obesity or intervene with those students who are already overweight or obese.

Fitness trainers and dieticians work closely with the youth, as well as physical education teachers, to offer alternative fitness programs to help students achieve their individual fitness goals.
