Description
The Food Bank of the Hudson Valley, located in Cornwall-on-Hudson, NY is part of the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York in Latham, NY and a member of Feeding America, the national food bank network.
The Food Bank distributes food to over 400 feeding programs from its 55,000 square foot warehouse in the Hudson Valley. The feeding programs that receive this food consist of food pantries, soup kitchens, rehabilitation programs, homeless shelters, day care centers, and senior citizen programs. Last year the Food Bank distributed over 16 million pounds of food in six counties - Orange, Ulster, Sullivan, Dutchess, Putnam and Rockland County.
