Description

Harbor Hospice is our way for caring for people with life-limiting illnesses. Rather than a place, hospice is a concept of care. We bring professionals to the patients where they reside. The emphasis is on helping the patient and familiy make the most of each day by bringing comfort and relief from symptoms. including pain. We provide medications to manage symptoms related to the patien's primary illness, ranging from Alzheimer, Pulmonary Disease, Cardiac Disease, Stroke, HIV, Liver Disease, Kidney Disese, Multi-System Failure, and Cancer.

Every patient is served by a team of dedicated professionals who are guided by the choices and decisions made by the patient, family and physician. The interdisciplinary team consists of:
