The mission of Jervis Public Library is to provide services and materials to meet the needs of the general public in the community of Rome and, secondarily, the needs of people in the surrounding areas for information, education, and recreation. Jervis is a public library engaged in providing the public with books, magazines, internet access, public programs for children, teens, and adults, computer literacy classes, and general assistance in finding information including referrals to appropriate agencies and professionals in different fields.
