Description
The Everett Community College Foundation raises funds for 1) scholarships for low-income, first generation, and minority students. Scholarships are also awarded for academic merit and leadership potential; 2) EvCC facilities, classroom equipment, and technology; 3) financial assistance/emergency loans for low-income students for doctor's bills, childcare, rent, textbooks, and other essentials; 4)professional development training for faculty and staff.
Want to help? You can:
1) Help with special events such as Gusto! Everett Community College's popular wine and food tasting party; the President's Promenade Gala (a black tie affair), and "An Evening in Tuscany" an exclusive dinner attended by our community's leaders.
2) Join us for a mailing party. Enjoy the company of other volunteers while stuffing, addressing, and sealing envelopes.
3) Expand your leadership and fund-raising skills by serving on a Foundation committee or task force such as the Development (fund-raising) Committee or Capital Campaign Cabinet.
4) Contribute your professional skills and expertise: Let us know what you can do!
