Mission Statement

The mission of the March of Dimes is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality.

Description

WalkAmerica is the March of Dimes largest fundraiser, the Walk that saves babies, is just around the corner and we are need of some volunteers to help us with the event.

When: Saturday, April 29, 2006

Where: Cannon Park (downtown, corner of Calhoun and Rutledge)

Time: Set up 7 am - 8:30 am; Walk 9:00 -11:00; Clean up 11:00 -12:30pm

Attendees: There will be over 3000 people from the Charleston community participating in this 5 mile walk to save babies and we need HELP!
