Description

Open Books, family literacy workshops, provides support and tools for urban families in the Waldo area. We meet at the Waldo Library on Saturday mornings in June in the summer and monthly in the fall and spring. Check out our website for more specific dates!

Books on the Move, a book give-away campaign, happens twice a year, once in the spring and once in the fall. Volunteers will pass out books donated from Barnes & Noble at bus stops and other public places in order to promote literacy in our community.
