Where many charities focus on a single cause, we have no such limits. The Caudwell Charity changes the world for special children throughout the UK, with direct donations of treatment, therapy, specialised equipment and dying wish holidays.
The charity is a special, effective and unique charity. Special because it helps children in desperate need. Efficient because every pound raised goes directly to the children - these two points making it truly unique.
The Caudwell Group covers all overheads, salaries, administration and management costs, ensuring every penny raised is spent on children who need it. In addition we negotiate the price of every item we purchase and if we can get it for free, we do, which means that your donated pound works even harder. In fact, because of the efficient way we spend and manage the money we are able to double the value of every pound donated.
Charity Aims:
To make direct donations to specific child cases of sickness, specialised medical requirements and dying wish holidays
To buy or build a property to aid children/children's charities
To fulfil our £500,000 pledge to the NSPCC Full Stop Campaign
As a growing charity we have a variety of volunteer opportunities for people who would like to gain new skills and gain work experience because they either want a change of career or just want to use their spare time by choosing to volunteer to support a good cause and make a difference. We are also looking for groups of volunteers to put on events to raise money for our charity as well as volunteering to be part of our events throughout the year.
