Mission Statement

The Interfaith Food Center is a compassionate, caring organization committed to serving the food needs of as many of the hungry, disadvantaged, and homeless population of the communities of Whittier, La Mirada and Santa Fe Springs as our resources allow. We believe that the perpetuation of our cost effective Center is totally dependent on the support services of volunteers, individuals and organizations who are also committed to feeding the needy. Our only reason for existing is to fill that need and make a difference in the lives of the people of the community who depend on us.
