Mission Statement

The mission of Project Prosperity and Faith, Inc. is to improve the quality of life in our communities through education, prevention and intervention, by increasing awareness in financial, health, and human services. It is our purpose to serve adult, children, youth, elderly, immigrant, minority, and refugee populations. Our vision is to provide services that will improve total family wellness, directing individuals and families to care independently for themselves.

Description

Project Prosperity and Faith, Inc provides programs and services in the following areas: Financial Literacy Education, Home Buyers Education, Public Health Education, Life Skills Education, Independent Living/Emancipation, After-School Programs, SES (Supplemental Educational Services) No Child Left Behind After-School Program, Adult Basic Education (Pre-GED), Senior Programs/Services, Mentoring Programs, Vision Screenings, Diabetes Detection Screenings, Cultural Competency, Sensativity, and Diversity Training, Pre-K Curriculum, and an On-Line School. We also provide programs and services to at risk individuals, families, and youth...including children in foster care and their families, and those children that have "aged out" of foster care. "Aged Out" youth are those between the ages of 16 to 21 that have been released from the foster care system and are still in need of life skills education and other programs and services.
