Description

FareShare is a unique charity fighting hunger and its underlying causes by redistributing surplus food to over 900 local charities across the UK. By ensuring good food is not wasted, we turn an environmental problem into a solution, helping to feed thousands of vulnerable people. Last year FareShare redistributed 4,200 tonnes of surplus food and contributed towards more than 10 million meals for vulnerable people, feeding 43,000 people a day (see www.fareshare.org.uk for more details).
