Description

We obtain residential living units to be made available to our recipients. Sometimes we purchase properties, other times we contract for the use of other investor's homes. We normally rehab each home before use.

Our recipients go through a screening program which shows their reason for becoming homeless, what they did to attempt avoiding losing their home, what the family has done to recover or improve their normal lifestyle since becoming homeless, what benefits the family may be receiving from other assistance programs, what are their current needs and goals, what type of living unit best suits this family's needs, etc...
