Mission Statement

NETWorks Cooperative Ministries engages the Northlake-Embry Hills-Tucker community and our member congregations to respond with the hospitality of Christ to food and financial assistance needs of the residents of this community and to invite residents to partner in developing solutions to those needs.

Description

NETWorks provides limited financial assistance to low-income neighbors in the Northlake-Embry Hills-Tucker area within the following geographical boundaries by appointment:

  • Zip code 30084 (Dekalb county only)
  • Area within I-85--North
  • Gwinnett County line--East
  • Hwy. 78--South
  • N. Druid Hills/Clairmont Rd.--West

Financial assistance includes rent, motel stay (for families with children in the home), and utilities. Other services include:

  • a limited food pantry
  • referrals to other area agencies
  • access to phone, fax, and internet services upon availability
