Mission Statement

The furtherance of Junior Golf through international competition.

Description

Veritas is designed to grow into the world’s largest annual international Junior Golf championship hosting boys and girls ages 6 thru 18 competing in individual age divisions.

Veritas will eventually reach 10,000 athletes with approximately 50% international representation. After a successful inaugural held in July 2012, Veritas has now joined with the Amateur Athletic Union to use this platform to develop the brand Junior Olympics of Golf. There are a few short videos on the Veritas website to give you sense of the Veritas experience.

Veritas was created because there was a huge gap in the Junior Golf market for international competition. Existing simlar events cannot possibly serve the number athletes that are seeking the opportunity to compete against others in their sport from around the world.

Southern California is the only place an event of this scale could ever be developed for three key reasons: 1) necessary infrastructure, 2) large established base of Junior Golf athletes and 3) perfect weather conditions.

Veritas has established relationships with great organizations like Disney Sports, LA Dodgers, LA Angels, AAU and others. And Veritas recently signed an agreement with The First Tee of Pasadena as a first step to involve our local First Tee athletes.
