Mission Statement

Crossroads Academy provides innovative and comprehensive support for economically disadvantage youth ages 13-25. Our program will challenge youth to envision a successful future through empowerment, leadership, achievement, character development and education.

Description

Crossroads Academy, a 501c3 non-profit, is a worksite-based program for young men and women ages 13 through 24 years old. The purpose of this program is to provide real world career experiences and develop other critical skills necessary for success in the workforce:

Crossroads Academy is based on a unique and dynamic relationship between youth and the organizations in their communities. Businesses and Crossroads Academy initiate a specific cohort by matching their people and program resources to the interests of youth in the community. The result is a program of activities that helps youth pursue their special interests, grow, and develop. We work with thousands of local, regional, and national businesses and organizations to deliver this program.
