The mission of CONTACT-CONCERN of Northeast Tennessee, Inc. is to provide the community with a comprehensive telephone helpline staffed by trained volunteers, with knowledge of services including: information and referral calls, crisis intervention and the answering service for SAFE HOUSE.

Description

Contact-Concern of Northeast Tennessee is a volunteer operated HelpLine which provides referrals to health and human services. We serve Hawkins, Hancock, Johnson and Sullivan Counties.

This is a great organization.. The volunteers are there 15 hours a day 365 days a week to help refer people in need. They are even there just to talk to people who are lonely.
