Sherise will not return my calls to volunteer. She and another woman who took my call and transferred me are both extremely annoyed to be answering calls and refuse to give many details about services offered on their web site. The first time I called, I left my name and number and was told someone would return my call, but never did. The next time I called, a week later, I was transferred to Sherise who put my name on a waiting list. I have waited 2 months but no reply. Easter Seals has been hyjacked by big, fat, lazy, rude, black, women who take donations but provide zero services except self-service of living off the naive donors!
