Vision Statement

People, companies, organizations and the South Carolina State Government shall have established major business, cultural and social linkages with Africans in Africa. South Carolina will be recognized as a significant player in promoting itself as an ideal place for Africans to study, work and live. The physical divide between Africa and South Carolina shall be reduced by the wealth of interactions through outcome-based projects.

(ICAP) a South Carolina non-profit corporation where integrity is our constant companion, ensures the development of a variety of meaningful projects that will promote a superior understanding by South Carolinians of the contributions made by Africans so that cultural, business and social partnerships can be expanded in an ever-changing world.
