Mission Statement

The mission of Amansan Aid Ghana is to ensure to reduce poverty among the rural poor through Education, Training and Support in Agriculture, Education, Reproductive Health including HIV/AIDS/STD's, Environmental, Women and Children Issues. These are done in collaboration with stakeholders as well as volunteer placement.

Description

Amansan Aid Ghana is undertaking a fund raising program to solicit funds to support PLWHA's and their affected families in provision of Anteriteroviral Drugs/Nutritional Foods as well as School Uniforms for their orphans at Asamankese in the West Akim District of Ghana starting July 1st 2006 - October 31, 2006

We are also undertaking a Youth in Agriculture Project under micro financing through cooperatives for out of school young people, single teenage mothers', street youth and transformed young drug users/gamblers at the West Akim District starting April 2006 - May 2008.

We are also creating awareness HIV/AIDS education and promotion of condom in some selected communities in the West Akim District of the Eastern Region of Ghana for one year starting May 2006 - April 2007.
