Mission Statement

In partnership with community organizations and volunteers in Jefferson County, ECHHO provides medical equipment, transportation, chores and social support services primarily to elderly, disabled, low or limited incomepeople to help them continue to live independently.

Description

ECHHO provides free volunteer services and loaned medical equipment to individuals in need, throughout east Jefferson County. Clients requiring transportation must be referred by a medical practicioner, social service agency or pastor to assure that there is a genuine need and that it is a safe situatuion for the volunteer.
