Mission Statement

Dedicated to aiding abused and neglected children through our residential treatment program, and to ending the cycle of abuse through public awareness and community outreach.

Description

The Children's Survival Network is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Our work is two-fold: First, we work with vulnerable families to help eliminate the conditions that lead to child abuse and neglect. Second, when children have been abused, we work with the most damaged and self-destructive children to help them heal, to learn to trust again, and to move forward from victim to survivor.

The administrators are extremely nice and the mission is based around a great Doctor, Dr. Greenfield. The office environment is great and everyone is kind and funny. We get a lot of work done in a relaxed environment where I want to wake up and go to work everyday.

I really enjoy volunteering here. Everyone is friendly and welcoming to newcomers. Assignments are meaningful and based on our personal interest.
