Lend A Hand Corporation’s mission is to provide the tools and resources for empowerment: "Empowering people to Empower themselves ".

Description

Lend A Hand Corporation a 501c3, non-profit agency recently implemented the "Save OUR Children Initiative", a community-based initiative designed to strengthen families, empower individuals, support each other, and protect OUR Children from violence. Our goal is to increase support and resources to decrease violence in Palm Beach County.

Save OUR Children Initiative is dependent on establishing and maintaining partnerships with politicians, law enforcement agencies, community service agencies, private businesses, resident leaders and individuals to in order to effectively identify and alleviate the root causes (in targeted neighborhoods) which contributes to: teen pregnancy, risky life choices, minimal education, unemployment, high crime rates, violence, homicides and a cycle of poverty.
