Family Care Network's vision is to be recognized as the region's pacesetting provider of home-based services that enable people to avoid the breakup of their home and family life and to strengthen their capacity to deal independently with the future.

Description

Family Care Network provides Group and In-Home Parent Education, Supportive Visitation Services, Therapeutic Counseling, and Parent Aide Services. All programs are designed to remove barriers, provide role models, teach, counsel, and reinforce family living skills that foster positive values and lifestyles. All services are home-based. Programs focus on the client’s individual and family strengths and empowers clients by teaching them how to access and use community resources and options to build family stability. Family Care Network emphasizes that family’s can and should be preserved to build communities.
