Description

UCLA Center On Aging has developed a five-week course that teaches practical techniques for enhancing memory ability. Memory Training classes are held at a variety of venues throughout the community. Classes are conducted by volunteer trainers. Classes meet for five consecutive weeks, two hours each week.

Volunteer trainers teach the curriculum to small groups of participants.

Memory Training is designed for people with age-related memory concerns who wish to improve or maintain their memory ability. The course is not intended for people with Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia.
