Commitment to Service in managing and providing home health care for our customers.

We believe that...

1. We exist to serve our customers.

2. In order to continuously serve our patients, their health insurance plans, and the community, we must manage and provide services within the resources available.

3. Home should be the primary site for receiving and maintaining health care.

4. Health care at home is a vital part of the continuing flow of health preservation.

5. Our patients deserve to have their needs met with the best care that can be delivered within available resources.

6. Each employee has an important role to play in the organization and a contribution to make to the organization, and they should be treated in a fair and consistent manner.

7. Our organization has an important role to play in the health care of the community and an obligation to make a contribution to the community.

8. The community is our owner and our Board of Directors the trustees of that community; and a committed Voluntary Board is important in achieving our mission, in assuring our accountability, and in assuring our long-term viability.

9. It is important to be involved in the training and education of our employees and potential employees.
