Description

SPCC offers services through both Home-based and Community-based programs. Home-Based Programs offer therapeutic counseling and case management services to children and their families within the comfort of their homes as appropriate. SPCC also runs a Supervised Visitation & Exchange program out of the Monroe County Visitiation Center at 451 E. Henreitta Rd. and Finger Lakes WIC offices throughout several of the outlying counties. Additionally, SPCC staff provide group-based intervention to children ages 12-21 in a variety of settings including schools, community recreation centers and other human service agencies within Monroe County. Current programs include: The Teenage Parent Support Services Program (TAPSS), The Family Trauma Intervention Program (FTIP), The Supervised Visitiation & Exchange Program (SVP), the Vendor Management Agency program (VMA - oversees the WIC vendors of Western NY) and the Finger Lakes WIC program. SPCC's main office is located at 148 South Fitzhugh Street in Rochester, NY.
