Mission Statement

Womens PeaceLand is a 52 acres of land held in perpatuity for women.

A non-violent retreat center for women where growth happens through information and skill sharing.

A haven and healing space where women can recoup from the many oppresions encountered in their daily lives.

A place that honors and keeps alive the cultural experances of The Womens Encampnent for a Future of Peace and Justice.

It is a place where those of limited income and disabilities gather to support one another and foster leadership.

Description

Peace land is a 52 acre farm with primative camping conditions including an outhouse. There is a house, barn and school bus for shelter as well as meditation circles, a medicine wheel in progress, plans for a pond, an outdoor kitchen and various camping spaces.There is room for buildings and other projects.
