Mission Statement
The Women's Transitional Living Center, Inc. (WTLC) is a non-profit, community-based organization of women and men committed to seeking solutions to end domestic violence. Our goal, in coordination with other community agencies and organizations, is to intervene in the cycle of violence. To meet the needs of the communities we serve, WTLC provides comprehensive services through its emergency shelter, walk-in center, and community outreach. All aspects of the services provided focus on prevention, education, advocacy, and support.
