Our business mission is to provide human resources and manage logistics to deliver superior value-added processing for our customers through partnership based on trust, quality, reliability and flexibility. Description

Since its inception in 1959 as a one-employee candle making shop, BCI has become one of the leading contract packaging facilities in Missouri. People with disabilities are proud of their employment with BCI and confidently manage the value-added packaging needs of our business partners. Others are enjoying supported work in competitive, integrated settings under our Community Employment Program-or attending classes at our Skills Center in preparation for full-time employment in the vocation of their choosing.

With robust Organizational and Community Employment Programs and our new Skills Center, BCI stands ready to lead the inclusion revolution and create new pathways for these very able people to find their place in today's workforce.

Your volunteerism and support of BCI helps to provide these men and women with the skills and support they need to be successful in their jobs and the feeling of accomplishment, teamwork and pride that comes with meaningful employment.
