EnergyCare provides energy-related services to low-income older adults and families living in St. Louis City and County. The services offered include client education, public education, home weatherization, delivery of emergency goods (as heaters, blankets, air conditioners), minor furnace repair for older adult homeowners, and energy assistance information and referral. The services are designed to keep low-income older adults and families safe, warm or cool, and in their own homes year round.
