Founded in 2004, the mission of the the Indy Film Fest is to create a shared experience around film by presenting movies that entertain, inform, challenge and expand audience perspectives by providing a vivid reflection of the cultural diversity of the Indianapolis community and beyond. The Indy Film Fest is a 100% volunteer-driven organization, with every person involved in making the festival possible - from screeners to ticket-takers and beyond - doing it for the love of film.
