Mission Statement

Our mission and our passion is to bring services of the highest quality to people in need. For almost thirty years, KDC has improved the quality of life for thousands of individuals with developmental disabilities, children and their families. Kennedy-Donovan Center offers a wide range of services and options to infants, children, adults and families with developmental disabilities and other unique challenges. Last year, more than 4,800 individuals from over 150 communities in eastern and central Massachusetts received services and/or supports from Kennedy-Donovan Center.

L ooking forward to the future, we hope to continue to improve and to expand our work to new populations and to new areas, while at the same time ensuring that our administrative and financial systems conform to strict standards of accountability for the use of public and private resources

Description

Kennedy-Donovan Center is dedicated to assisting and supporting people with developmental disabilities and other unique challenges. But we don't do it alone. KDC is grateful to the individuals, organizations and businesses who work with us and invest in the future of Kennedy-Donovan Center and the infants, children, adults and families who benefit from our services.

The motto of Kennedy-Donovan Center is "one person can make the difference." We invite you to join with us as a donor, as a volunteer, as someone who truly makes a difference in the lives of people with disabilities. Volunteers bring a rich array of interests, skills, and talents that make an invaluable contribution to Kennedy-Donovan Center and the people we serve. At Kennedy-Donovan Center, we celebrate the efforts and commitment of our volunteers and offer a variety of opportunities to fit both the interests of volunteers and the needs of KDC.
