Mission Statement

The mission of Lutheran Care:is the creation and maintenance of services and institutions for people with Care Needs.

The mission is founded on the belief that compassionate services and the prudent use if resources is a fundamental calling of all Christians who faithfully proclaim the Gospel Jesus Christ in word and deed.

Description

Our campus consists of three different homes:

The Lutheran Home: A residential Community for older adults who still enjoy a substantial measure of Independence and good health.

Katherine Luther Home: Alzheimer's Unit, Short Term Rehab, Physical and Occupational Therapy, Young Adults

Martin Luther Home: Skilled Nursing facility for the frail and aging, another Physical & Occupational Therapy Dept.

The Active Day Senior Program: Adult Day Services offering structured programming Monday - Friday for adults 60 and older.
